Our Purpose
Being a creator in the field is tough, and COVID-19 has made this even more difficult for photographers and models who are the entrepreneurs of their own small businesses and have been prevented from growing their portfolios and seeking networking opportunities in the light of social distancing measures. This event was meant to help creatives, new and experienced, connect with other artists in our local community to build connections, gain experience in experimenting with new artistic concepts in a limited space and to gain some images to use for their portfolios.
Meet your Hosts
Hey! You know me from my website as Mariana (right), a lifestyle and fashion photographer based here in Victoria, BC. Jessica (left), is my lovely friend and also a professional model with a wide range of modelling experience, from editorial to high fashion, boudoir and more.

Future Meetups
After the huge success that was our first meetup and all the fun we had working with local creatives, we are looking to organize more events for the 2021 season to provide more opportunity to eager individuals who may not have been able to participate in the last one; however, this is dependent upon the ease of the present COVID-19 restrictions currently in place by Health BC.
